This is a senior client facing, strategic, commercial management and business development role. The Director being able to manage and coordinate complex client-facing operations and develop and grow the CSC embedded consulting business as well as manage a high performing team and provide regional leadership.
The Director will be responsible for the implementation of a regional strategy that supports business goals through the positioning of Control Risks as the preferred and quality provider of embedded consulting services in Europe, Middle East, and Africa.
Requirements
Client engagement:
- Lead and support Control Risks' client management activities across the EMEA region and globally for ECS
- Take ownership of projects ensuring quality control, project retention and account growth
- Develop, grow and foster client relationships with existing clients, across multiple sectors and geographies
- Actively develop and engage with new clients and position operationally effective and commercially viable solutions that add value to their organisations
- Lead and support the bid process for ECS projects in EMEA and globally, working collaboratively with regional and global operations teams, finance, HR, legal, risk and compliance team, and the bid team
Growth and Development of the Business:
- Support the Partner, Operations in the development and implementation of competitive business strategies that encompass all aspects of the ECS delivery model and lead to sustainable growth
- Support the development of innovative delivery models, products and services that address client needs, and that help position Control Risks as the provider of choice in this space
- Build and develop a strong network of senior contacts within our buyer constituency and consistently develop the company's positioning with them to enhance business development and secure higher fee-earning engagements
- Engage with our partners, to ensure we effectively support clients operationally and commercially across the region
- Proactively engage with the wider business identifying and winning opportunities to deliver ECS solutions across service lines
Operations management and support:
- Provide mentoring, guidance and leadership to regional operations teams supporting career development
- Take ownership of the commercial viability and success of regional and global ECS projects
- Manage regional operations tasks across EMEA, in conjunction with Geomarket teams ensuring quality of service
- Ensure all projects are delivered to the highest standard and are compliant with Control Risks' and client policies and procedures
- Provide support to regional operations teams in implementing new initiatives, service models and winning and retaining work
