This is your chance to be part of shaping a high-performance portfolio office from the ground up. As part of the wider Strategic Change Team, you’ll have the opportunity to bring fresh ideas, create meaningful impact, and help drive transformation across the institution.
As a Project Support Officer, where you’ll support the successful delivery of a transformative programme and its key projects. Reporting to the Programme Manager, you’ll also work closely with Faculty Project Leads and project teams, contributing to a programme that makes a real difference.

In this role, you’ll ensure essential project tools and documentation are up to date, manage reporting activities, and assist with communications and meeting coordination. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive individual who’s either experienced in administration or keen to build a career in business change and programme management.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract Position, You’ll be part of a fast-paced strategic initiative, gaining hands-on experience and developing valuable skills that can open doors to future opportunities across a range of programmes.

You will be a conscientious person that is able to follow a plan and pay very careful attention to details, yet adaptable to change where is can not be planned. You will be consistent in working to ensure colleagues focus on meeting deadlines, and alert to making risks and issues viable to those leading projects.
Agreeable, you will enjoy working with a variety of talented people in a fast paced environment. With an aspiration to develop a career in project or programme management, you will view the effective completion of this role as a stepping stone to other project or programme management roles in the future.
