We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program/Project Management Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. The ideal candidate will leverage industry-standard tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure efficient delivery and meet service level agreements (SLAs). As a key member of the team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to business process improvements, and ensure projects are completed successfully, on time, and within scope.
Key Responsibilities:
Program/Project Management: Develop and implement strategies to optimize program/project outcomes and ensure that goals and objectives are met.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to drive project success and maintain alignment with business objectives.
Process Analysis and Improvement: Utilize expert proficiency in Business Process Analysis tools to assess and improve existing processes, driving efficiency and delivering results.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure proactive steps are taken to reduce project delivery risks.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor project progress, ensure adherence to timelines, and provide regular updates and detailed reports to stakeholders on project status and performance.
Service Level Agreements (SLAs): Ensure that all projects adhere to the specified service level agreements and operational standards.
Independent Problem Solving: Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for the assigned projects and proactively contribute to problem-solving and solution development.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute to discussions and initiatives aimed at improving internal processes, project management practices, and service delivery.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in a Program/Project Management role, specifically with expertise in Liquidity (or relevant domain) projects.
Expert proficiency in Business Process Analysis tools and techniques.
Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects simultaneously with proven results in meeting objectives and timelines.
Strong understanding of program/project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levels.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear updates and present complex information to senior management.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Project Management (PMP, Prince2, etc.).
Experience with advanced project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, etc.).
