With headquarters in London and a global reach they assist leading insurers, reinsurers, brokers, and private equity firms in addressing critical challenges related to growth, operations, technology strategy, and mergers and acquisitions. They are looking to expand their team and hire two exceptional Graduate Consultants to start their Graduate Programme.
About the Role:
As a Graduate Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the insurance industry. You will report to senior leadership, working closely with the management team, and collaborate with a dynamic group of professionals to drive meaningful change within the sector. This role offers the opportunity for professional growth and personal development in a fast-paced and international environment.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on client projects, leveraging your analytical skills to research specific topics, build financial projection models, and contribute to strategic decision-making.
- Present your findings to managers, teams, or clients as you take on increasing responsibilities with each project.
- Embrace potential international project assignments, including locations such as Paris, Dublin, Munich, Zurich, or Bermuda.
- Explore and contribute to their proprietary products, gaining hands-on experience in creating digital platforms, pricing strategies, and in-depth research notes.
