The role of the Programme Manager of Go-Together is to manage 20 coaches with the best fit who are coaching individual start-ups. The successful candidate will be responsible for overall management of the programme with the help of an Operations Manager and will report directly to the Programme Director.
Responsibilities
- Manage a comprehensive 8-month programme divided into planning, selection, diagnosis, and acceleration stages
- Select and manage coaches from DOHE's expert pool, encouraging collaboration to support startups' growth and development
- Work closely with coaches and experts to help startups to define and achieve their key objectives of the acceleration programme
- Utilise and contribute to the 'DOHE Navigator', our bespoke methodology, to guide startups towards achieving their objectives and to refine the acceleration program's process
- Align the process with the EdTech hub team to cultivate a thriving ecosystem that supports the interconnection and mutual growth of all participating startups and the development of the programme
- Contribute towards an on-going evaluation of the Go-Together programme
Requirements
- Proven experience managing startup accelerator programmes
- Strong project management skills, including resources, performance, and budget management
- Exceptional leadership skills to foster a supportive and innovative environment
- Strategic insight into all company stages, with a background in advising and accelerating startup growth
- Entrepreneurial experience with a track record of success
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, or consulting startups
- A well-organized individual with an extensive network in the startup industry
- Excellent communication skills for effective negotiation and stakeholder engagement
