The Project team is an enthusiastic, fast paced team who grow with delivering “best in class” digital and traditional media opportunities.
The team is responsible for the design and build of some of the world’s most iconic media installations. We have a hugely experienced project management team responsible for leading all aspects of the installation of digital and traditional advertising products across Rail, Retail, Airport and Roadside environments.
Working from design concept through to handover of the asset, the team leads the whole lifecycle of media installations and works with the Development Teams to position sites in the optimal locations for the best commercial gain and ensure that advertising blends in effectively with the surrounding architecture.
This role in London is responsible for assisting the Project Managers and Senior Project Managers on design and construction projects as well as managing their own smaller projects as seen fit by the Manager of Small Format Projects.
What you'll be doing...
Weekly & monthly reporting presentations of all projects providing status updates to all relevant team and management partners.
- Run multiple small projects simultaneously throughout their whole lifecycle, ensuring Process Documents, Project Schedules & Purchase Orders are maintained.
- To handle Project budgets and programmes, delivering on time and within budget.
- To be responsible for the quality and H&S aspects of contractors builds for projects on site (this will involve night and possible weekend works).
- Brief suppliers, request quotations and present back accurate proposals on-brief and within requested timescales.
- Raising Purchase Order requests for suppliers and services.
- Quoting, managing, monitoring, forecasting and invoicing financials.
- All duties involved in the approval process, maintaining project paperwork, project deliverables and IT systems. This will include, handling telephone/email enquiries, meetings, and inspection / site tours.
- Develop good working relationships with our contractors to ensure the best value and best service always from our designers and contractors.
- Perform FRM109a checks with Contractors to ensure safe working on site.
- To develop knowledge of construction, engineering, digital, on site working and H&S.
- To ensure that all H&S files are complete on all projects and that FRM-24 & 27’s are completed.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with the wider JCDecaux Project Management team, H&S team and the Operations departments.
- Engaged and contributing positively to departmental and company goals.
- To work alongside and assist the Project Managers and Senior Project Manages to assist and run projects from Initiation to Completion.
A little bit about you...
Project Coordination or Project Management experience.
- Knowledge of Project Management processes and basic understanding of operational processes, basic health and safety documentation (RAMS etc.)
- Knowledge of occupational Health & Safety is of benefit.
- Fully conversant with Microsoft Office e.g. Outlook, Excel (macros, pivot tables) & PowerPoint.
- Experience of using google maps, basic databases.
- Prince2 or equivalent of benefit.
