BeMA Cyber Tech is a fast-growing technology company delivering AI-driven applications, website development, and full-stack digital solutions for clients across multiple industries. We are now seeking a Head of Technology & Business Development to lead our technical team and drive the next phase of our growth.

The Role

This is a dual-focused leadership position, blending technology leadership with business development. You will:

Lead and mentor a small team of developers working on AI, web, and backend solutions.
Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring high standards of code quality, security, and scalability.
Identify and win new business opportunities — from networking and tendering to closing deals.
Work closely with clients to design and deliver innovative digital solutions.
Shape the company’s technology roadmap and contribute to overall business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow the development team, introducing best practices (Agile, CI/CD, DevOps).
Drive technical delivery of AI applications, websites, and backend systems.
Build relationships with potential clients and partners in the UK and beyond.
Lead on proposals, bids, and technical solution presentations.
Stay ahead of emerging technologies to keep BeMA Cyber Tech competitive.

About You

We’re looking for someone entrepreneurial, ambitious, and hands-on. You will have:

Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Head of Engineering, CTO, or Solutions Architect.
Strong background in full-stack development (Node.js, Python/AI/ML, modern front-end frameworks).
A track record of leading technical teams and delivering successful client projects.
Commercial acumen and the ability to spot, pitch, and secure new opportunities.
Excellent communication skills — able to engage both developers and business stakeholders.
