With over 20 years of PMO experience under my belt, I've successfully delivered large-scale change portfolios worth over £200m, particularly within regulatory programs across the banking and insurance sectors. My journey has seen me standing up, repairing, and running PMOs for various high-profile projects, such as PPI at Barclays, Financial Crime at HSBC, and Non-Ring-Fenced Banking change portfolios at Barclays Investment Bank. Most recently, I had the opportunity to mobilize and lead the PMO for Ardagh’s global Cyber Transformation Programme, ensuring alignment with achieving NIST Level 3 maturity.
Throughout my career, I have honed my ability to operate effectively at the enterprise level, creating delivery momentum and ensuring senior stakeholder alignment across complex workstreams. Additionally, my 6.5 years of consulting experience at Accenture have equipped me with a diverse skill set that can be applied cross industry.
