The Opportunity

We are looking for a Commercial CTO—a partner who can build the engine and then lead the charge to sell it. This is not a "behind-the-scenes" developer role. You will be a face of the company, bridging the gap between high-level code and high-stakes sales.

The Hybrid Role

The Architect (50%): You will own the tech stack. You’ll build the MVP, manage the infrastructure, and ensure our product is scalable.
The Rainmaker (50%): You will lead technical discovery calls and product demos. You will work alongside the CEO to close early adopters and enterprise clients.

Compensation & Incentives

We believe those who build and sell the value should share in the immediate gains.

Equity Stake: 20% ownership in the company.
Structure: 4-year vesting schedule with a 1-year cliff to ensure long-term partnership.
Sales Commission: 20% Commission on all net revenue/gain generated from product sales you lead or support technically.
Note: This provides immediate liquidity and "skin in the game" before we reach our funding milestones.
Post-Seed Salary: Upon closing our Seed Round (Target: £ 1.5M), you will transition to a market-competitive executive salary.

Your Profile

Engineering Excellence: 5+ years of experience. You can build a production-ready MVP solo.
Sales Instinct: You enjoy the "thrill of the close." You can explain complex APIs or architecture to a non-technical CEO in a way that makes them want to buy.
Entrepreneurial Hunger: You are willing to forgo a corporate salary today for a 20% commission stream and a massive equity upside tomorrow.

Key Responsibilities

Build: Design, develop, and deploy version 1.0 of our platform.
Sell: Partner with the CEO on GTM (Go-To-Market) strategy and lead technical sales presentations.
Strategize: Identify "feature-sell" opportunities—knowing which technical builds will lead directly to the highest sales conversions.
Scale: Recruit and lead the engineering team once the commission-driven revenue or seed funding allows for expansion.
