Société is a private members’ dating and social club built for high-net-worth men and exceptional women. Blending exclusivity with authenticity, we curate connections through our app and invite-only events in global hotspots such as London, Dubai, Ibiza, and Mykonos.

We are entering our next phase of growth and are seeking a world-class Chief Marketing Officer to lead our global brand and user-acquisition strategy.

The Role
The CMO will own Société’s full marketing function — from performance growth to brand storytelling — and will be instrumental in scaling the platform across premium markets. You’ll work directly with the CEO and product team to drive user growth, retention, and monetization across digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the global marketing strategy for Société’s dating platform and luxury brand ecosystem.
Lead user acquisition, ASO, retention, and engagement campaigns across iOS and Android.
Build and manage performance marketing campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat, influencer).
Oversee creative direction, brand tone, and content strategy for all channels (digital, PR, events).
Drive partnerships with high-end lifestyle brands, media, and influencers to expand brand reach.
Analyze metrics, LTV/CAC ratios, and growth funnels to maximize ROI and optimize retention.
Manage and mentor a cross-functional team (growth, content, PR, analytics).
Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to refine user journeys and conversion funnels.

Ideal Candidate

7+ years’ experience in mobile marketing, ideally within dating apps, social discovery, or mobile games.
Proven success scaling mobile products to millions of users or high-value user segments.
Deep expertise in paid UA, attribution, analytics (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Firebase, etc.).
Strong grasp of ASO, creative testing, funnel optimization, and growth loops.
Experience managing large ad budgets and negotiating with platforms (Google, TikTok, Meta, etc.).
Excellent understanding of luxury and lifestyle positioning — how to build desirability and exclusivity.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a data-driven yet creative approach.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led environment.

Pay: £120,000.00-£180,000.00 per year
