The Role

As the PMO Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering critical services to the EMEA business and its project management teams. Your expertise will be vital in guiding the transition to new working practices. This role demands a leader capable of managing both on-shore and off-shore teams, maintaining process ownership within the UK, and providing essential day-to-day support and escalation capabilities.

Your skills will also drive continual improvement across services delivered, using KPIs and metrics to provide visibility of performance. This may involve maintaining existing measures or implementing new ones to enhance service delivery.

What You Will Need

To excel in this role, the following knowledge, experience, and skills are essential:

– Experience in a project-focused environment.
– At least 2 years in a supervisory, team lead, or line management role.
– Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Proficiency with the MS Office suite, particularly Excel.
– Intermediate Excel skills.
– Strong numerical skills and the ability to interpret numeric data.
– Process-driven with the ability to adhere to predefined ways of working.
– Excellent written and oral communication skills.
– Strong organisational skills.
– Ability to prioritise and execute tasks in high-pressure environments.
– Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Capable of adapting to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Pay: £57,774.43-£75,448.23 per year
