Thrive Trowbridge are recruiting on behalf of a leading Wiltshire based business who urgently seek a Project Manager on a permanent basis to lead technical projects across the business.

What you will be doing :

Lead technical projects : scope, planning, execution, and delivery
Manage cross-functional teams, budgets, timelines, and risk
Deliver projects on time and to budget
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Regular project reporting

What you will need to succeed :

Previous experience in a Project Manager role within the manufacturing / engineering sector
Strong understanding of project methodologies, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
Knowledge of technical design projects
Formal PM qualifications: PRINCE2, PMI, APM or equivalent
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
