We also work with leading projects and blockchains to design their DeFi ecosystem, provide on-chain risk curation and vault management services through Re7 Labs. We are looking for a talented Special Project Analyst - your role is to support our Re7 Labs business by researching, validating, and executing new business strategies at the convergence of Fintech and Web3.

Responsibilities

Construct industry research and mapping exercises to identify and validate new business opportunities and acquisition targets that Re7 can take advantage of
Document products / industry developments / business models and present recommendations to the Labs team
Work closely with the Re7 Labs team on market developments that inform business opportunities and challenges by establishing strong information flows promptly and accurately
Monitor industry trends in Web3, fintech, and traditional finance to inform long-term strategic planning
Capture, consolidate and synthesise feedback on Re7's products and services to enable us to keep pace with changing requirements
Provide research content for publishing on blogs & socials

Requirements

Proven track record and 1+ years experience of Web3 research, VC, consulting
5+ years of professional experience with 3+ years of experience in TradFi / Product (VC, M&A, strategy consulting, Fintechs, etc.)
Experience building lasting relationships with a range of different types and size of DeFi / Crypto client base
Excellent communication, organisational, time management and planning skills
Strong work ethic and results focused, taking ownership & accountability for consistent results
University graduate
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and the commitment to excel in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of ownership
