Overview:

We are seeking PMO Consultants to support governance, reporting, and assurance across a large-scale ERP and Shared Services transformation in UK Government. The role will ensure effective programme controls, risk management, and stakeholder reporting across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities:

Programme Governance – Establish and manage governance structures, ensuring alignment with public sector frameworks.
Risk & Issue Management – Track and mitigate programme risks, ensuring proactive management across multiple teams.
Reporting & Performance Tracking – Develop high-quality reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders and governance boards.
Financial Oversight – Support financial tracking, cost reporting, and budget control.
Dependency Management – Ensure effective coordination between programme workstreams and external initiatives.

Essential Experience & Skills:

UK Government experience is essential (must have worked on major transformation programmes).
Strong background in PMO leadership, with experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
Expertise in programme governance, risk, and assurance frameworks.
Ability to produce high-quality reports, MI dashboards, and stakeholder briefings
