A Lead PMO is required to support a portfolio of IT programmes/projects for a market leading organization and focus on the resource planning management of the portfolio. You will have extensive Lead/Senior PMO, resource planning management experience and have supported a portfolio of IT projects/programmes. You will have experience of implementing a resource planning management tool, processes from scratch through the full project lifecycle. You will have excellent stakeholder management, 3rd party supplier management skills with good knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, Excel and Powerpoint. The Lead PMO role will involve supporting the IT portfolio, Programme/Project managers, taking ownership, management of the resource planning management across the portfolio and implementing a resource planning management tool, processes from scratch, liaising with the business, stakeholders, dealing with the risks, issues, plans, budgets through the full lifecycle. Must have excellent communication skills and be able to work in a fast paced dynamic environment.
