We are working with a leading International leading financial market infrastructure provider, operating at the heart of the global foreign exchange (FX) market; who is looking to hire a Enterprise Project Manager, VP Level, in London on a permanent basis.

Role: Vice President, Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO) Specialist

Location: Central London, UK

Salary: up to £110,000 Base + Bonus

Interview Process: 3 stages

Our Client: They provides critical risk management and settlement services for major financial institutions worldwide. Helping clients optimize their operations, reducing funding requirements by offering risk management tools and market intelligence derived from one of the industry's largest FX transaction databases.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee change initiatives including projects, programs, and small changes in accordance with established governance frameworks
Monitor and report on project execution, tracking milestones, schedules, costs, risks, and budgets
Provide guidance to project managers on procedural compliance
Implement standardized ePMO processes, tools, and templates across the project portfolio
Conduct quality assurance reviews and develop quality frameworks
Guide stakeholders in risk, assumption, issue, and dependency (RAID) management
Collaborate with risk and compliance teams
Establish and maintain ePMO best practices
Mentor and train team members on project management practices
Ensure consistent governance and reporting across projects
Problem-solve and escalate issues as needed
Lead change initiatives and special projects

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience in project/program management and ePMO support
Strong change management expertise
Experience with major programs in regulated environments
Financial services industry background preferred
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Planview PPMPro, Smartsheet, Jira, etc.)
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational capabilities
