Job Summary
The Religious Worker plays a vital role in providing spiritual guidance and support to individuals and communities. This position involves engaging with diverse groups, offering education on religious practices, and providing emotional and spiritual care, particularly in settings such as hospice care. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, a commitment to mentoring others, and an ability to communicate effectively across various demographics.

Responsibilities

Educate individuals and groups on religious beliefs, practices, and values.
Provide compassionate support and hospice care to individuals facing end-of-life challenges.
Mentor volunteers and community members, fostering their personal and spiritual growth.
Organise and participate in fundraising activities to support community initiatives and outreach programmes.
Work with children to impart religious teachings and values in an engaging manner.
Communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds, ensuring inclusivity and understanding.
Lead community events, services, and discussions that promote spiritual well-being.

Pay: £12.50-£13.00 per hour
