The Cryonorm Group are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Engineer to join our Harrogate based team. The Project Engineer works closely with the project manager on typical Cryonorm projects, such as vaporisers, industrial heaters and burners, and LNG installations.

In this role, you will be responsible for the technical development of projects in collaboration with colleagues from various disciplines. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills and must be able to work independently and be part of a team.

The role will be primarily office based, however our projects are based worldwide so there is scope for travel also.

Responsibilities

Providing project documentation such as; equipment and instrumentation datasheets, P&ID, engineering drawings, quality procedures etc.
Designing and specifying process equipment such as valves, instrumentation, pumps, blowers, piping etc.
Liaising with suppliers in the requests and purchase of project-related materials and equipment
Providing technical assistance to clients and colleagues as needs arise throughout the project lifespan; aiding in construction, commissioning where required
Communicating with client, answering queries and questions, keeping them updated with progress

Experience

3+ years demonstrable experience in the process industry.
AutoCAD
Microsoft Office

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering or Controls/Instrumentation Engineering

Salary negotiable dependant on experience of successful candidate

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
