EAC Network Solutions are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of IT and network infrastructure projects across schools, charities, and growing businesses. This role is key to ensuring we consistently deliver Outstanding IT Operations and exceptional customer experiences.
The Role
- Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple IT and network projects.
- Oversee technical implementation, ensuring quality, readiness, and alignment with customer needs.
- Lead and support a small team of engineers, promoting collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate partners, survey teams, and suppliers to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
- Own project financials — scope, billing accuracy, forecasting, and margin protection.
- Provide clear updates to customers and internal stakeholders, chairing project meetings and tracking KPIs.
- Ensure smooth handovers to support teams and contribute to improved customer satisfaction.
About You
- Experienced in managing IT and network infrastructure projects (MSP or similar environment preferred).
- Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially aware with hands-on experience in project financials and change control.
- Comfortable working with technologies such as Microsoft 365, Windows Server, networking, VoIP, and cybersecurity.
- Project management certification (PRINCE2, PMP) desirable; ITIL Foundation a bonus.
