About the Role
I Love to Learn is looking for an ambitious Tuition Centre Director (Partner) to lead our Havant centre. You will manage a team of tutors, grow the centre, and share in its profits while making a real impact on children aged 6–16.
This role also involves supporting our Alternative Provision programme, helping children outside mainstream education to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a successful tuition centre, including some teaching
- Manage, mentor, and support a team of tutors
- Oversee centre finances, budgeting, and profit management
- Build relationships with parents, students, and local schools
- Promote and market the centre to grow student enrolment
- Support Alternative Provision programmes where required
Daily Duties
- Teaching small groups or one-to-one sessions
- Coordinating tutor schedules and lesson plans
- Engaging with parents and responding to enquiries
- Tracking student progress and reporting outcomes
- Marketing activities to attract new students
Who We’re Looking For
- Qualified & experienced teacher (QTS or eligible to teach in UK schools)
- Passionate about helping students achieve their potential
- Strong leader with excellent communication skills
- Business-minded and ambitious, keen to grow a tuition centre
- Confident in building relationships with parents, schools, and the community
