Job Summary
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to oversee scaffolding projects across London ( Various Locations available)
The ideal candidate will need to be able to demonstrate a proven and stable work history managing scaffolding projects and have the ability to communicate at all levels on site . A sound commercial and operational acumen is required for the role and is ideally suited to candidates who have previously managed major scaffold projects.
The ideal candidate will be required to oversee a team of Scaffolders and directly report to a contracts supervisor within a Business Unit.
This is an exciting role for those eager to progress into Contracts management following project completion.
Immediate start available upon successful Interview.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage all statutory Paperwork onsite in line with business unit and client expectations
- Oversee and Manage labour output on the project.
- Ensure Safety Standards are reached and exceeded throughout the project.
- Attend various site meetings representing the business.
- Collate and implement Short Range programmes
Qualifications and Skills
Essential Qualifications:
- Advanced CISRS Scaffolder ( Part 2's will be considered)
- SMSTS
- First Aider
Desirable Qualifications [but not essential] :
- CISRS supervisors Qualification
- CISRS Scaffold Inspection
- Level 3 Harness Inspection

Pay: £230.00-£280.00 per day
