Position: Corporate Services Director
A leading provider of green space management and environmental services is seeking a dynamic Corporate Services Director to lead growth in its National Corporate Services Division, which delivers grounds maintenance and related services to Blue Chip clients across the commercial and corporate sector.
This pivotal national role requires a leader with a passion for sustainable solutions, business growth, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will define strategic direction, identify new opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and guide regional teams toward ambitious targets.
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver national strategic targets across the Division.
- Develop and implement plans for organic and acquisitive growth.
- Lead and develop the management team to align resources with company ambitions.
- Report to the Board and drive operational performance to achieve growth and profit targets.
- Enhance the organisation's reputation in the green services sector, ensuring the highest safety and quality standards.
- Build and maintain senior client relationships.
- Protect and enhance the brand through leadership, communication, and innovative ideas.
- Align company activities with long-term value creation.
Candidate Requirements:
- University degree (minimum); postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Formal vocational training in a relevant professional body.
- Proven board-level experience (Director, Operations Director, or equivalent).
- Track record of delivering profitable, high-quality contracts.
- Strong P&L management and commercial acumen.
- Experience negotiating contracts and leading geographically dispersed operations.
- Excellent leadership, team-building, and client relationship skills.
