About the Role
You will learn how to deliver safe, professional, and engaging product demonstrations to customers across the UK. Working closely with experienced colleagues, you’ll support planned visits to major customer depots, independent hire companies, and trade events, showing how our products work in practical settings.
You’ll get complete training on everything from equipment setup and technical features to communication and customer support. It’s an excellent opportunity to build a career in sales and technical support, starting with the basics and growing into a more independent role over time.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Frequent travel throughout the UK, with overnight stays supporting the below objectives,
- Carry out planned product demonstrations across the UK — including site visits and scheduled depot visits for major customers and independent hire companies.
- Support key accounts and hire partners by demonstrating the performance of our access products in real-world working environments, in line with account plans and commercial priorities.
- Clearly and confidently explain the features and benefits of our products — with a strong focus on safety, ease of use, and compliance.
- Set up, dismantle, and demonstrate towers, podiums, and other low-level access solutions, ensuring customers get hands-on experience.
- Work to monthly objectives, including the number of demos completed, customer engagement, and feedback collected.
- Attend and represent Popup Products at industry trade shows, customer training sessions, open days, and internal team events.
- Gather feedback and insights from end-users, depot teams, and hire partners to support continuous product and service improvement.
- Collaborate with sales and account management teams to align demo activity with business development plans and ongoing customer support.
What We’re Looking For
· A practical, hands-on individual who enjoys learning and working with equipment.
· Confident communicating with others — in person and over the phone.
· A strong work ethic, with reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
· Full UK driving licence
· This is an ideal role for a university graduate with a business degree or similar, especially someone looking to start a career in technical sales or product support.
· No previous product demo or sales experience required — just motivation to learn and grow.

Pay: Up to £25,000.00 per year
