We’re now looking for a Product & Data Integration Specialist with proven Magento 2 experience to support our e-commerce and manufacturing integrations. This role focuses on maintaining clean product structures, optimising EDI and factory mappings, and ensuring accurate data flows across our digital ecosystem.
The Role
You’ll work closely with our IT Systems and Product Teams to support and maintain our Magento 2 environment. Your focus will be on EDI integrations, product custom options, factory mapping, and system sequencing to keep product and order data accurate across internal and external platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and refine EDI and factory mappings within Magento to ensure accurate data transfer to suppliers and factories.
- Audit, standardise, and clean up product SKUs and attribute data to improve catalogue quality.
- Configure and manage product custom options and associated EDI option mapping.
- Troubleshoot and correct EDI sequence issues, ensuring orders flow correctly through automation.
- Execute and monitor cron jobs and reindexing operations via CLI to maintain system health.
- Investigate and resolve EDI errors in rejected or failed orders, coordinating re-submission to suppliers.
- Collaborate with digital, operations, and product teams to maintain data accuracy across B2B and B2C sites.
- Support testing, validation, and deployment of product data updates or mapping changes.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in Magento data management best practices.
What We’re Looking For
- Magento 2 experience (min. 1 year) - hands-on with product setup, attributes, and system configuration.
- EDI and factory integration experience - understanding mapping files, sequences, and data flow troubleshooting.
- Experience in both B2B and B2C eCommerce environments.
- Strong data management and analytical skills.
- Comfortable using Magento CLI for cron and reindex operations.
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation discipline.
- Familiarity with MySQL, PHP, or XML for basic data inspection (desirable).
- Self-motivated and able to work independently within deadlines.
- Must be based within 20 miles of Brighton BN41 1WF (essential).
