The North East Combined Authority is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to lead the fidelity assurance process for the Connect to Work programme, supporting the Combined Authority in its role as Accountable Body. This pivotal role involves working closely with colleagues across the North East CA, DWP Regional Engagement Leads, and delivery partners to ensure programme delivery aligns with the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) and Supported Employment Quality Framework (SEQF) fidelity scales. You will be responsible for preparing and coordinating internal self-assessments and external reviews, ensuring all required evidence is in place, and supporting continuous improvement through strategic planning and stakeholder engagement.
As Project Manager, you will play a key role in monitoring and enhancing the quality-of-service delivery across the programme. Youll utilise tools such as the Connect to Work CRM and Power BI to analyse fidelity outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations to Programme Managers. Your expertise will guide delivery organisations in embedding Supported Employment principles, developing improvement plans, and aligning with DWP timelines and expectations. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful people-related initiatives while shaping future investment and service planning across the region.
Why Join Us? In return for your valuable contribution, you will have access to an excellent benefits package, including:
- Generous leave entitlement, starting at 27 days plus 8 bank holidays (pro-rata for part-time staff) with an additional day off for your birthday.
- Flexible working practices including working from other locations and from home.
- A generous employer contribution pension scheme.
- Commitment to staff development and continuous learning.
- Progression and career enhancement opportunities. If you have the skills and qualities to succeed in this role and are committed to delivering the combined authoritys vision and values, we look forward to hearing from you.
- We are proud to be an inclusive employer and we welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, communities and experiences. We particularly encourage applications from candidates who are underrepresented in senior roles, including women, disabled people, LGBTQ+ people and those from Black, Asian and minority ethnic backgrounds.
