At Home Dental’s Big Brush Club already supports over 75,000 children across 1,400 schools with daily supervised toothbrushing. We’re expanding, and we need a motivated, organised, and friendly Project Facilitator (working 3 days per week) to help us deliver and grow these life-changing prevention programmes.
This is a rewarding, people-focused role where no two days are the same. You’ll work with schools, care homes, professional workforces, NHS commissioners, and colleagues across the South West — making a measurable difference to children’s health and wellbeing.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and oversee Big Brush Club supervised toothbrushing in Reception and Year 1 classrooms
- Provide oral health education and training to professionals and care homes (in person and online)
- Build and maintain relationships with regional ICB leads and commissioners (with guidance and support from your Project Manager)
- Report on progress and performance of your catchment area via our internal reporting procedures (full training provided)
- Ensure NHS and Local Authority contracts are delivered to agreed standards and outcomes
- Collaborate with colleagues across the South West as part of a regional team
Requirements
- Qualified Dental Nurse or Dental Practitioner
- Oral Health Education Qualification (essential)
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- Confident in delivering training and education both face-to-face and online
- Based in Dorset with willingness to travel regularly
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential)
