You’ll need to prove you have the relevant Product Owner experience and demonstrate your confidence, professionalism, enthusiasm, self-motivation, communication skills and your attention to detail in tasks undertaken.The Product Owner will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Role and Responsibilities;
- Working closely and collaboratively with cross functional agile product teams (ux/ui, development, testing, marketing commercial, compliance etc.) to ensure the final delivered product is loved by our customers
- Shape and maintain the product backlog including prioritisation based on (effort/business benefit/customer benefit)
- Leading the product delivery including release planning and expectation management
- Analysing the needs of the customer/business and creating user stories & acceptance criteria
Essential Criteria
- Experienced in a similar agile digital role (3+ years of experience)
- Experience of creating user stories and acceptance criteria
- Comfortable with driving the experience alongside the UX team
- Designing solutions that meet the different parts of the business, that are often conflicting, all in the view of customer
- Understanding and experience of working closely with senior stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail and methodical approach
