Supporting the Project Manager in planning, tracking, and delivering successful projects across IT and wider business change.
- Producing key project documentation, including scope, requirements, readiness testing, and budget tracking.
- Coordinating and facilitating workshops to gather input, prioritise tasks, and align stakeholders.
- Analysing project data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Monitoring project risks and support the development of mitigation strategies.
- Maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
