The Role
As a Programme Director, you will provide strategic delivery leadership for critical Infrastructure and Cybersecurity programmes within the water utilities sector. You will oversee end-to-end programme execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations. This role requires strong stakeholder management, financial oversight, and the ability to drive innovation and operational excellence across complex, multi-disciplinary initiatives.
Your responsibilities:
- Own the delivery of large-scale infrastructure and cybersecurity programmes, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely execution.
- Oversee project costing, budgeting, and financial performance to meet profitability targets.
- Identify growth opportunities, build client relationships, and contribute to expanding service offerings within the water utilities domain.
- Lead solution design, proposal development, and defend proposals during client presentations.
- Collaborate with senior client stakeholders, internal teams, and external partners to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
- Anticipate and mitigate delivery risks, ensuring adherence to regulatory and security standards.
- Mentor and guide project managers and delivery teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
- Previous experience in water and Power utility.
- Experience delivering large scale infra and cyber security implementations.
- Skilled in managing senior stakeholders up to C level – internal and customer.
