Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all aspects are executed efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, Workday, Confluence, and Smartsheet. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in requirements gathering and presenting project updates to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables.
Develop comprehensive project plans that outline tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
Utilise project management tools (Jira, Workday) to track progress and manage workflows.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on project status.
Present project findings and recommendations to senior management and other relevant parties.
Foster a collaborative team environment by providing guidance and support to team members.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
Maintain thorough documentation of project activities using Confluence and Smartsheet.

Requirements

Proven experience in project management with a strong understanding of methodologies.
Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead diverse teams.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly.
Proficiency in project management software such as Jira, ServiceNow, Workday, Confluence, and Smartsheet.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on achieving results through collaboration.
Strong analytical skills for effective problem-solving and decision-making.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant qualifications in Project Management or related fields are desirable.
