With a cutting-edge portfolio of aerospace projects and heavy investment into growth, this organisation is seeking an experienced Head of PMO to bring structure, strategy, and scalability to its project management operations.

You’ll have the autonomy to shape how projects are delivered, establish governance frameworks, and implement the right tools and processes to ensure seamless execution across a broad range of engineering and technology programmes.

The organisation desing and manufacture cutting edge UAVs for civilian and military use.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building & Leading the PMO – Establish and scale the first fully integrated PMO function, ensuring a structured and best-practice approach to project governance.
• Defining & Implementing Processes – Develop PM methodologies that fit a fast-moving, high-tech environment.
• Project Planning & Scheduling – Work closely with Programme Managers to ensure seamless resource allocation, risk management, and schedule tracking.
• Selecting & Deploying PM Tools – Evaluate, implement, and embed new project management software that enhances efficiency.
• Strategic Oversight – Provide high-level reporting, drive decision-making, and engage with senior leadership on project performance and risk.
• Process Improvement & Change Management – Lead the evolution of project controls, ensuring seamless integration across teams and departments.

Ideally you'll hit the ground running by utilising your previous history of leading a PMO, being involved in their establishment and your deep understanding of project planning etc.
