Day Rate: £1,000 - £1,200 Inside IR35
Are you a highly skilled IT Portfolio Programme Director that loves a challenging project within a complex organisation?
We are working with a global utilities company based in Hertfordshire that are about to embark on a huge transformation. As the IT Portfolio Programme Director you will work with the CIO, CFO and CEO to help transform their Target Operating Model (TOM) that’s at the very early stages of their journey.
The IT Portfolio Programme Director will need to have worked within large complex organisations, business units that are working in silo and proven experience bringing it all together. The IT Portfolio Programme Director would have previously built PMO functions, review service providers, systems and processes.
This is an exciting opportunity for the IT Portfolio Programme Director to come in and make a real difference!
Key Skills for the IT Portfolio Programme Director:
Worked on large scale TOM (Target Operating Model) transformations.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to navigate internal politics and challenge stakeholders constructively.
Able to manage the complexity of change and past transitions.
Ability to manage large, complex transitions and acquisitions.
Experience overseeing a large IT project portfolio.
Set up PMO functions – also using offshore and outsourcing partners.
Able to understand and validate IT strategy alignment with business goals.
