The Role
As Head of IT, you will drive the development and execution of the company’s IT strategy, ensuring that technology supports business objectives effectively. You will oversee IT infrastructure, lead high-impact projects, and collaborate with key stakeholders to optimise systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement IT strategies that align with business goals.
- Lead and manage IT teams, ensuring efficient service delivery and continuous improvement.
- Oversee IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability.
- Manage IT budgets, optimising investments to deliver business value.
- Deliver IT projects on time and within budget, applying best practices in project management.
- Support the integration of Operational Technology (OT) with business IT processes.
- Ensure IT governance frameworks are in place to manage investments effectively.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work culture.
About You
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a management-level IT role.
- Degree in a relevant IT or technology-related field.
- Proven ability to lead complex IT projects, from planning to execution.
- Strong technical knowledge, with experience in automation and business technology solutions.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong business and data analysis capabilities, using a data-driven approach.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Effective time management and ability to prioritise workloads.
