The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and proactive Senior PMO Analyst to join a dynamic and fast-paced team within a leading Lloyd’s Market / London Market insurer. This role will support strategic change and business-as-usual (BAU) initiatives, ensuring the successful delivery of key transformation programmes.
We are looking for a hands-on professional with a strong background in insurance, who thrives in an agile and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement PMO controls, processes, and methodologies to support effective project and programme delivery
- Develop and maintain portfolio plans, resource allocations, and status reporting across the change function
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across projects, developing mitigation strategies where necessary
- Coordinate project governance, steering committee reporting, and post-implementation reviews
- Ensure adherence to project and programme management standards, supporting teams in maintaining best practices
- Oversee project financials, ensuring budgetary targets and forecasts are met
- Facilitate project, programme, and portfolio meetings and workshops
- Provide coaching and mentoring to project team members, supporting new ways of working
- Act as a key point of contact between business and technology stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project requirements and outcomes
- Lead oversight and management of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), identifying and prioritising risks associated with change initiatives
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a PMO Analyst / Senior PMO Analyst within Lloyd’s Market, London Market, or MGA environments
- Strong knowledge of insurance operations, finance, data, and credit control
- Experience working in agile and DevSecOps environments with an understanding of regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with the confidence to challenge where necessary
- Strong planning, organisation, and prioritisation abilities
- High-impact presentation skills and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders
- A proactive and solution-driven mindset, comfortable in a fast-paced and evolving environment
