The Director of Operations will play a crucial role in advancing AI adoption and automation initiatives across the organization. From optimizing internal processes to enhancing customer experiences, you will lead projects that leverage AI-driven insights to improve efficiency and scalability. This requires a forward-thinking mindset and a commitment to integrating emerging technologies into daily operations.

As Director of Operations , you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, optimizing project management processes, and leading high-performing teams to success.

You will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic frameworks that enhance efficiency, scalability, and stakeholder engagement.

This role is perfect for a seasoned operations leader who is skilled in aligning business objectives with project execution, ensuring that Pax8 remains at the forefront of cloud commerce innovation.

Optimize Project Management: Implement standardized project management methodologies, ensuring high-quality project delivery across Pax8.

You'll be ideal for us if you have:

Substantial experience with Strategic Project Management
Experience in Scaling Processes and Managing Global Operations
Experience in managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
Ability to identify and implement best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with executives and key stakeholders
Proficiency in proactive risk identification and mitigation
A mindset of fostering continuous improvement through feedback-driven process
Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively across various levels of the organization
Previous experience in managing teams is a must have

Base Salary between £75,000 – £100,000 per annum - depending on experience
