About Us:
LAT Lettings Ltd specializes in property renovations and chapel conversions, delivering high-quality projects with a focus on craftsmanship, innovation, and compliance. We are looking for an organized and motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate our projects, ensuring they are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning and Coordination: Develop project timescales, ensuring all tasks and milestones are completed on schedule.
Sourcing and Procurement: Identify and coordinate tradespeople, secure competitive quotes for works, and source materials at the best prices.
Regulatory Compliance: Work with architects, arrange building regulations inspections as needed, and ensure all work adheres to current Building Regulations.
Health and Safety: Monitor and enforce health and safety protocols on-site.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of invoices, orders, deliveries, and project progress.
Communication: Provide regular updates to stakeholders and address any challenges promptly.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all work is completed to the latest drawings and specifications, meeting required standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience in construction project management, ideally in renovations or similar projects.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with tradespeople, architects, and suppliers.
Good understanding of Building Regulations and construction standards.
Experience in heritage or chapel conversion projects is preferred but not essential.
Proficiency with project management tools and systems.
Valid driver’s license and flexibility to travel to project sites.
