This is a very exciting time to be joining this global consultancy business. Located in London's West End, this team has delivered some of London's most coveted real estate projects in the Hotel, Residential, and Office Markets.

As the Project Director, you will manage and lead schemes in the region of £20million to £100million+ in construction value and lead a team of Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle.

Candidates are expected to have a proven track record of delivering private sector projects with Developers across either commercial, mixed-use, hotels, or high-rise residential.

Candidates will preferably have worked for 10+ years in the Project Management consultancy market in the UK or have worked client side in a Project Management capacity.

You will need to have managed projects from early RIBA stages through PCSA and handover. This firm are technical in their approach and have built an excellent reputation with their clients for delivering a "first class" service.

On offer is a salary of up to £105,000 plus a benefits package. This firm offers some flexible working but it is dependant on workload and client commitment.

Candidates can also be reassured that there is a clear career path to progress to Director level in this firm.
