Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation
Manage phone calls and correspondence, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner
Maintain organised filing systems for easy retrieval of documents
Prepare reports and presentations using Google Suite applications
Coordinate meetings and manage schedules for team members
Support the team with various office-related tasks as required

Requirements

Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
Experience with QuickBooks is a plus but not essential
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with data entry processes and office procedures
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred but not mandatory
