We are looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant, with a background in assisting in professional services such as law, wanting to work as part of a strong fast paced team, that will communicate clearly and effectively while working remotely.

We specialise in providing niche service-based businesses with virtual assistance, online business management and strategy consulting.

What we’re looking for:

Familiarity with Google Drive, SharePoint, Monday.com, and HubSpot
Reliable, proactive, and a team player
An individual who is self-motivated
A minimum of 5 years’ experience within an office environment
Previous work experience as a legal assistant or executive assistant

Key responsibilities would include:

Onboarding and Offboarding
Setting up new clients and consultants in various systems
Ensuring a smooth transition for clients/consultants
Recruitment Support
Organising CV s and running job postings
Scheduling interviews and sending follow up emails
Diary Management
Booking appointments and scheduling meetings
Setting up regular catch-ups for consultants and clients with key project updates
Document Production
Formatting existing documents and creating new ones
Managing and maintaining document templates
Preparing slide decks for training and webinars
Data Entry and File Management
Updating and maintaining records on various software
Downloading, renaming, maintaining and organising files on cloud storage
Timesheet Management

The Hours:

We are currently looking for assistance for around 20 hours per week, which would need to be completed in the hours of a 9am-5pm, UK time, and could be a spilt across agreed days of the week, with the potential opportunity for this to increase as our client base continues to grow.
