Requirements

As a Senior Consultant, you will:

Lead programmes end-to-end: shaping insights, developing ideas, and driving strategic thinking;
Oversee research and idea generation, always linking back to commercial challenge;
Build trusted relationships client relationships as a go-to-partner;
Create and deliver impactful client presentations and workshops;
Track project performance and help ensure profitability;
Sport and convert opportunities for growth with existing clients;
Guide and mentor junior consultants, giving clear feedback and direction;
Contribute to thought leadership and share your perspective in the market.

Skills you'll need:

Strategic thinker with the ability to turn insights into clear, creative ideas.
Skilled in research, analysis and connecting insights to commercial outcomes.
Natural curiosity that drives you to ask better questions, see beyond the brief and spark bold ideas.
The ability to build strong relationships- internal and external- build on trust, honesty and collaboration.
Confidence to challenge with care, influence with convinction and communicate with clarity.
Ability to spot opportunities for clients and for Brandpie and moving them forward.
A collaborative mindset- mentoring others, sharing knowledge and bringing out the best in the team.

Nice to have skills:

Previous experience in B2B projects
Previous experience working at a brand consultancy.
Experience working on brand transformation programmes.
Experience working for global/international clients.
